Medicinal Mineral Broth (Autumn Immunity Guide)
Ingredients:
2 strips kombu
3 heads radicchio
1 leek
3 bulbs fennel
2 tbsp dark maple syrup (Grade B or C preferred)
Instructions:
Simmer kombu, radicchio, leek, and fennel in 8 cups water for 40 minutes. Strain and stir in maple syrup before serving.
